First, you should know that this is a safe place. Whatever physical or emotional concerns you have, you can express them without worry. If there are issues in your life that you would like to receive insight or guidance on, you will have the chance to share them at the beginning of our session.
The hands on portion of the session usually lasts about an hour. During the session, I will be doing a series of of hand placements either directly on you or just above you to activate your body’s natural healing abilities. You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualizations such as colors or pictures, or possibly having memories appear. It's best to allow whatever arises to pass through you without attaching too much meaning to it while on the table. This allows you to be the watcher verses activating your mind into a full analyzing mode of operation. The goal while on the table is to allow your body and mind to go deeply into the rejuvenation pools of healing. This allows you to just "be" for a few moments of time.

Noted as having a natural-born healing talent at a young age, Chayris honed her skills by beginning her formal educational journey in 2000 when she received her first training in Levels I & II of Usui Reiki. She later became a Usui Reiki Master in 2004, and in 2006 she also became a Master in Karuna Reiki. Chayris is fully registered as an Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki Training. Additionally, Chayris specializes in the use of crystals, employing her 25+ years of crystal knowledge to incorporate their magical abilities into her healing practice.
As someone who has personally experienced the stress and exhaustion that can surround many of us in today's fast-moving world, Chayris' passion is to deliver healing of the heart, mind, and spirit, allowing her clients to overcome life's pressures and emotionally thrive.
